Farmers Deli and Grill has brought that experience to the Hudson Valley and I couldn't be more thrilled!!! I had the Downtown Philly Cheesesteak twice and it was phenomenal! The flavor is probably better than any NY Deli I have eaten at. My 2nd visit I also got a Chopped Cheese sandwich for my wife and she absolutely loved it!!! For the many that live in the Middletown area and the Hudson Valley (and I know for a fact there are many of us that move up herrle from NYC) you no longer have to go too far to find a real NYC Deli! This place it it!!! Good news for those in the Newburgh area: I saw they recently opened a new location on Rt. 207 in New Windsor (just beyond the Thruway underpass). It is a short distance from Walmart and all the stores on Rt. 300!! ”
“ I recently found this place and have been back several times since. They have a deli section with Boars head meats and cheeses. They also have a menu the size of a diners and everything I have gotten so far has been excellent. I always do take out since it is not really set up to eat in, but I actually prefer that. I would highly recommend the lamb over rice with white sauce. The service is always excellent and they have chips and drinks available also. It actually, is a bit of a convenience store also. So feel free to pick up some razors and toilet paper if you need some too. It is always busy when I go there, but the wait is never long. Even when making everything to order fresh. Also, for you late night people..this establishment is open until 1am every day!! ”

Despite the line of people, the food came out quick. Their deli case was spotless, and all the food look fresh. Don't be fooled by the appearance of outside of the building just stop in. ”
